Golfing our way out of a recession

The Politico reports that on Sunday Obama has just surpassed the number of golf games (24) played by President Bush. President Bush took two years and ten months, and Obama took just under 9 months.

While you’ll probably read rants or hear complaints from anti-Obamaites, I wholeheartedly support Obama’s playing a lot of golf. In fact, I hope he plays more rounds than he currently has played. And I further believe that whether or not you are a supporter of Obama, or you don’t like his policies, you should really want him to play more golf.

If you are a supporter of Obama, or if you voted for him and wish him the best, you’ll want him to be hitting the links regularly because he needs time to think, meditate, and concentrate on pressing issues while in a relaxing environment, and the golf course is certainly a great place to do that. Most people have a safe haven place they prefer to go when they need “time away” to think about their lives or their jobs. Most of my great ideas at work take place while doing things such as mowing the yard, riding a bike, or walking.

If you are not a supporter of Obama, whether you voted for another candidate or you downright dislike just about every president, you’ll also want him to be playing more rounds because it’s more time he can’t sign executive orders, connect with his radical team of czars, or sign unconstitutional laws into effect. The more he’s away from the Oval Office, the less harm he’s doing to American citizens.

If you ask me, it’s a win-win that both sides can find common ground on.

I heard he was having a good round till the 4th hole. He blamed the high score on the Bushes that got in the way . Some things never change I guess.
